When engaging in character trades, the worth of my designs remains consistent and does not reset to $0. The value assigned to a design before the trade remains unchanged.

The only exception to the aforementioned rule pertains to add-ons in a trade. For instance, if the design being exchanged holds a value of $50 and you include additional art worth $20 and $30 to acquire it, the design's new value will be adjusted to $100.

It's important to note that combining the worth of another character will not influence the value of my designs in a trade. For instance, trading a design worth $50 for a design worth $100 won't alter my design's worth to $100 after the trade.

Designs received as gifts may only be resold if additional art is included, and their value will be determined by the worth of the added art. Gifted designs hold no inherent base worth.

Personal art, art payments, trades, or commissions contribute towards the value of each design.

Individuals on the blacklist are prohibited from acquiring designs from me. Moreover, they are strictly prohibited from engaging with my account or content, including interactions or commission requests.

I reserve the rights to block and/or blacklist individuals, and I am not obligated to provide explanations for such actions, especially in cases of violations of my Terms of Service or disregard for specified boundaries.

Individuals listed are permanently blacklisted and can only be removed from the blacklist at my sole discretion.

Characters acquired prior to being blacklisted will not be revoked. Blacklisted users have the freedom to repurpose these characters at their discretion.

The final artwork may exhibit slight variations from the examples provided, ensuring a unique artistic touch without compromising the quality of the commissioned work.

Clients entrust me with creative freedom to interpret their ideas. While I value and encourage client input, it's important to understand that not all suggestions may be reflected in the final artwork. I endeavor to capture your vision, yet artistic choices, including color, composition, and execution, remain at my discretion.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and detailed reference materials for characters or concepts involved in the commission.

Clients should be aware that my workflow operates on a pre-existing queue system, where commissions are undertaken in the order of payment received. Consequently, the estimated timeline for completion is influenced by the position of your commission in this queue.

Clients will be contacted upon completion of the initial sketch for review and feedback. Additional work-in-progress pictures at various stages can be requested by the client, although they are not typically provided unless specifically requested.

Commissions are accepted exclusively via PayPal in USD currency. An invoice will be promptly issued and sent to the client's provided email address for payment processing.

Payment is expected within a 24-hour window following the commission request. Failure to remit payment within this stipulated period will result in the cancellation of the reserved slot, making it available for sale once again.

Work on commissioned projects will commence solely upon receipt of full payment. This condition is non-negotiable.

Any holds or payment plans for commissions must be discussed and approved by me beforehand. However, I strongly prefer and typically accept upfront payment for commissions.

At the sketching phase, clients are entitled to unlimited revisions or a complete reworking of the sketch. Subsequent to this phase, revisions are limited to minor adjustments only. Once the artwork reaches completion, no further modifications or edits will be accommodated, unless it was a mistake on my part.

Clear and concise communication regarding your expectations and preferences during the sketching and artwork phases is crucial to ensuring your satisfaction. Please provide detailed and straightforward guidance so that I may accurately capture your vision and deliver a finished product that aligns with your expectations.

To ensure the best artistic outcome, I retain the discretion to make minor adjustments to the sketch, including pose modifications, if deemed necessary for improvement or if encountering challenges, without prior communication. These alterations aim to enhance the overall quality and coherence of the final artwork.

In the absence of specific instructions from the client, I will proceed with the provided materials and information, utilizing them as the basis for the completion of the artwork.

I do not operate within specific deadlines unless a rush fee has been paid in advance.

The commissioned work will be delivered either through a Trello link or via email. While most art files can be accessed through my Trello board, it is strongly advised to create a backup of your file upon receipt. Please note, I cannot be held responsible for any loss of commission files following their delivery.

My turnaround times fluctuate between 1 week and 1 to 2 months. While I cannot provide precise timelines for individual commissions, clients are encouraged to monitor my Trello and reach out for updates on their projects.

Rush fees are intended for a guaranteed three-day delivery timeline. However, in the event of unforeseen real-life circumstances or unexpected interruptions impacting the workflow, the artist reserves the right to extend the delivery by one or two days beyond the agreed-upon timeframe.

Any alterations or modifications to my work are **strictly prohibited **without obtaining explicit permission from me.

The utilization, sale, or conversion of my work into NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any other blockchain-related technologies is strictly prohibited.

The commissioned artwork is intended strictly for personal use, encompassing activities such as utilizing it as an icon, header, wallpaper, or for non-commercial printing purposes. It should not be employed for business promotion or profit-oriented endeavors.

Reposting of my artwork is permitted solely by the commissioner or the rightful owner of the depicted character within the commissioned piece. Proper credit must be included in all instances of reposting.

Clients have the option to purchase commercial rights to the commissioned artwork for a separate fee.

Retaining full ownership and intellectual property rights to the commissioned artwork, I reserve the privilege to utilize, display, and promote the work as part of my professional portfolio, both online and offline, to showcase my artistic capabilities and experience.

I strictly adhere to a no-refund policy. Exceptions to this policy are solely at my discretion, and refunds will only be initiated if offered by me.

Instances of forced refunds or chargebacks are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate blacklisting. Moreover, the commissioned work may be repurposed and subsequently offered for resale.

In the event of any concerns or disputes, clients are encouraged to contact me directly to resolve the issue amicably.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at my discretion and offer a full refund at any point, should I deem it necessary.

Please ensure timely responses during the commission process. I Failure to maintain clear and consistent correspondence may result in the postponement of your commission to the end of my queue, at my discretion.

My Trello board is consistently maintained and up to date. Prior to reaching out for updates, kindly review the board to ensure you have the latest information regarding your commission.

Kindly refrain from frequent requests for updates on your commission. While I value your interest, I appreciate your understanding in allowing for appropriate intervals before inquiring about its progress. Frequent inquiries can sometimes disrupt my workflow and impact the progress of your commission.

The communication for the project will be conducted in the chosen place by the commissioner or at the location where the commission was initially requested, unless otherwise agreed upon.
